This application, Premium version is the online version and multi-point register confirmAki family. It allows the registration of the presence of guests in your business events such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, institutional, training and others. It can be a simple as talk to a multi-day event and several points of presence record. Everything can be recorded, controlled and easy viewing.
Register the event by site, by hiring a Business plan, inform the guests, detail the control points (reception, delivery of material, delivery of gifts, etc.) and permits guests to each control point. On the day of the event, simply record the event on devices (tablets) to be used in various parts of the event and easily use to record the presence of each of your guests. For effective control, this application works on-line and therefore requires constant internet connection. All the information is recorded remotely on the provider. The organizer can access via web panel, all the movement in real time.
With it you identifies and registers the presence of your guests in each registration point quickly and accurately.
There is no limit of registration points and the nomenclature is yours. As an example: reception, gift delivery, delivery of material, entry into certain room, etc. You set the points and who is allowed in each of them.
You can create groups of VIP guests and bind certain invited to these groups. The same guest may belong to several groups, facilitating the management of the guests.
